Women’s Self Defense. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to learn lifesaving skills!

Women’s Survival Awareness and Self Defense, Phase 1 is a hands on training specifically designed for women and led by a retired FBI Agent and Certified Instructor. This course is designed to make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life. This course differs from other self defense classes in that it starts from the point of attack, as well as, teaching how to avoid an attack altogether.

Areas of focus include: situational awareness, travel planning and how to defend yourself in the event of an attack.

This will be the first of many community courses, catering to both the novice and professional.
